letterheads...
...are just the beginning of the stationery story. Through years of designing and printing stationery for a wide range of different clients we have built up a wealth of experience of both the design and print process, ensuring that when we say we can deliver we do - on time and on budget. From this process we have also built up a wealth of printers across the EU as well as the UK.
Why use more than one print source?
This is easy, if you wanted to enjoy an authentic Chinese meal you wouldn’t go to the local Italian restaurant just because it’s nearer or cheaper would you? This is the same principal we use for print. The print source we use for you will depend entirely on the nature of the product you require. This is just one of the many ways we manage the quality of the product and the service.
We have specialist printers who work with just folders, some exclusively with stationery packs ( letterhead, comp slips etc ) as well as specialist printers that are dedicated to supplying only the best business cards and other artboard pieces ( like menus, postcards, webshot cards, invitations and high quality mailers etc ).
As you might expect the list of stationery pieces we design and print is huge so heres just a few examples :
How It Works
1 : When you are happy with the design of your print decide how many pieces you are likely to need ( with most sorts of printing the unit price decreases once the quantity increases ).
2 : Decide on the stock. Some pieces require a certain weight of stock but almost always the finish is up to you ( ie gloss, silk or matt ).
3 : You complete the compulsory paperwork in order to commence production ( this is a purchase order with soft proof outlining the overall composition ) and pay the deposit.
4 : The print proof is sent on to you for one final check before production. In most cases this will simply be an emailed PDF, in other cases a digital proof will be prepared. This proof comes direct from the print source that will be producing your work and forms the basis upon which your work is actually printed. This is the last stage to approve or amend the artwork - so now just sit back and relax and wait for the dedicated courier to deliver your goods.
5 : Once the print matter has been sent out your invoice will follow and should be completed under the terms of the purchase order.
